💌 Returns
You can return your item(s) within:
👉 14 days of receiving your order
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, I will process your refund.
👉 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
👉 Please allow a few working days for it to appear in your account
📦 Return Postage
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
👉 Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery
👉 Include a photo so I can sort it quickly for you
I’ll make it right as soon as possible 💕
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, I cannot accept returns on:
- Used squishies
- Items not in original condition
